I work as an ecological consultant by day in Singapore, where I primarily work on tropical rainforest fauna impact assessments. By night (and my free time), I am a sea turtle ecologist, working as a researcher and project leader for the likes of the Olive Ridley Project and Marine Megafauna Foundation.
The common thread through my positions is being a spatial ecologist. I am familiar with analytical techniques that are spatially focused, but also familiar with non-spatial modelling. These include network analysis, occupancy models, and movement ecology.
